A lot of times in
meditations everyone wants to be the most spiritual so when you
ask how their feeling they go “wonderful, I am so good” but when
they really look at what they’re really feeling they realize
that they’re not really being honest with themselves. What this
does for us is give us all a place to begin by being completely
honest with ourselves. And this is what I call becoming naked in
the light. You don’t have any trappings; you have no reason to
pull a shenanigan on yourself. This is just for you, just for
you. So breathe just a little bit and exhale. Whatever you have
visualized, instead of observing it, become it. Actively slide
inside what you’re visualizing. Be in that place. Then take your
first deep breath and release your visualization. One of the
things I really like to visualize is laying down on the ground
the sensation. Lay down and let Earth support its weight. Feel
the freedom. Keep your hearts open and let the vibrations
penetrate you so that I may be a voice for you. So I may speak
your wisdom and so that you may hear.
The pebbles along the pathway; the parts of you that you choose
not to see, let yourself see the entire pathway, include all of
the pebbles. And feel them, touch them, embrace them. For your
pathway cannot be of silk. Your pathway needs to have texture,
needs to have terrain so that you see what is around you when
you’re on the hills or in the valleys. And you need to feel
Mother Earth’s pebbles, your personality, your Ego and your
Being. You need to feel them, touch them, embrace them. And let
yourself be at home with them. Believing only IN THE TRUTH OF
YOU. The truth of you is simply energy. There is no doubt there
is no perfect darkness. There are only shades of light. There is
only the umber that is shaded by the Ego and makes a shadow. But
the sun of you, your central sun, always shines. You are your
joy and without your joy the Ego has a shadowing affect. You
find your joy by releasing and feeling the sun shine upon your
face. The simplicity of pure light. The humbleness of standing
with your pebbles in the light. Sometimes the pebbles become
larger. They become rocks or boulders but they’re still pebbles
that have clustered and clumped. And they are yours. And for you
to stand with a smile on your face and say “these are my
pebbles…this is me. This is me and my life and my life force
that I have chosen.” But to stand outside yourself in the outer
world and be out of touch with that pure light leaves you with a
lack of energy, leaves you in a sense of not knowing. Step into
your knowing self. Every day step into your knowing self without
fail so that your energy can be restored, so that you can feel
the joy of this life that you have chosen. Allowing desire to
rest, allowing hope to rest. Lay them aside. Lay all things
aside but the light and you in the light so that your wings
begin to move with the energy that you feel. That restores you
to your natural self. I lay down upon Mother Earth and let the
light of Source penetrate and fill me so that I am prepared to
let my light shine. I lay down completely humbled and filled
with the knowing of the Divine. I am no longer afraid to give.
I’m no longer afraid to receive. I’m responsible for the energy
the Light has given me and I let it flow. No longer burdened
with hope and desires, just simply Being. Fulfillment in just
Being. Watching hope and desire and all the other things that
follow you vanish. And you being able to see forever and
receiving and giving. No longer veiled from your good and your
joy. In your own way pledge allegiance to yourself. For when
your Soul comes first all else follows.
We are through.
