We meditate in order to return home to the Soul. Feeling the bliss of being surrounded by our Mother Soul is the ultimate in feeling at home. We forget how much energy doubt and fear drains from us. Allowing our selves to be at rest with how things are is how Bliss is created. A misconception is that when we are in this state of blissful clarity we are unable to function. This is a myth but it is, however, something we are not used to doing.. When you’re meditating you’re in a very quiet space and not moving but when you come back out you can continue to have that space with you and you can move about and see how it feels to carry the Bliss with you. You can see that from this place you can stay removed from some of the entanglements of the ego. The more we work with this concept the easier it will be.
Life is always presenting us with new and different challenges. Usually because we get fixated on what we think ought to be happening now versus what is happening now. We feel that we need to keep this or that from happening or change that person, or change something. So what I recommend is that you start first thing in the morning. Even if you went to sleep with a clean slate clear of Ego thoughts, during the night’s sleep the Ego has done its little job of recreating little clusters of emotions derived from little ego thoughts. It has corralled your energy into little web like clusters and restricted them from the natural flow of energy. The sensations that emanate from this density create tightness. And these sensations are signals that there is work to be done and it is also your passageway to your inner Bliss. By allowing the sensation to be felt fully and turning your focus on it entirely it creates for you the doorway to the inside. From this perspective you can slip inside the sensation and breathe into it. Visualize it … watch it, play with it and watch as it begins to alter its form....and it will. It will soon simply disappear, but not without leaving a lesson in its place. If you allow yourself to enjoy the challenge of surrendering to your own sensations you can be fulfilled with a visual episode of your life lessons each morning. The ego is very clever at coming up with a new way to put a challenge in front of you. Start every day with at least one minute of meditation and letting go. The only key that we have to remember to use is to feel first. Feel what is right now.

Now let’s begin our meditation.

 

Breathe in, exhale completely, hold it and feel that space. Feel that Silent Place and breathe gently into it. Go in that doorway, go inside. Keep your doorways open. The key to going within is to feel. Feeling what it means to be human and allowing it to be as it is. The thoughts you think perpetuate the discomfort in the body and yet the discomfort is the gateway inward. And the gateway inward leads you to peace and allows the thoughts to rest; and allows you to know what is your path, simply step forward. How precious it is to be in tune with your divine self. How beautiful if feels to no longer clutch onto the moment; but to set the moment free to become the blessed next moment. From this place of peace you can see how the thought becomes its own snare trap. It not only traps the human energy but it also traps your movement of being able to create from the Soul. Your wings need to be freed so they can propel you forward. Your wings are your vibrations and when your thought has you bound; your vibrations do not cycle as they can. So you can feel the fluctuations of vibrations now as you are free to move about in the space of the Silent Place. Let your wings reach out and they can span the length of the room, they can span the length of the world, they can span the length of all that you can imagine. For they are your vibrations and they are coherent with all other vibrations. This is when you are in harmony and you feel it in your Soul. That your Godliness is here present with you and you feel it. You feel it as it circles you and moves through you. It puts a smile on your face and a twinkle in your eye and it is buoyant so you do not even need courage for there is nothing to fear. You are complete. You’re held in the loving arms of Mother Soul. And you are joyous and ready and eager to go forth. We ask you to return to this place to replenish and to become accustomed to what it feels like to be free and joyous so that when you’re out in your workaday world you have the rhythm and the tune of the Soul, humming always in your heart; greeting people with an openness so they can feel your joy and be joyous with you. Spread your peace and there will be harmony in your life. Spread your peace and there will be harmony in your world. With loving hands we grasp you and hug you and bless you. Go forth young warriors and be peace.
